Spelling Blog

Each week, you may wish to complete a spelling activity or two on your classroom Blog. This could be a good change from the sometimes boring spelling activities given in classrooms.

There are many ways to integrate spelling into your classroom Blog, a few ideas include:

• Write a story in the post using at least 10 of your words
• Spelling scavenger hunt- have students find each of their spelling words online while posting the links to the pages in the Blog post.
• Write spelling words 3x each in the comment box.
• Find a picture online that symbolizes the spelling word in some way.
• Etc.
