Every Friday afternoon, have students write about one thing they found interesting during the prior week (or maybe what they found the least interesting).
This allows students to reflect on their learning, which we all know is extremely important. You can also have students comment on others' posts
Example:
Weekly Reflection
Write about what you found most interesting, least interesting, and what you would like to find out more about during the last week. Be sure to include specific information about each of the areas (WHY statements).
Your post should be set up like this:

2- Least interesting:
3- Find out more about:
